Corn & Pickle Salsa

Recipe Instructions: 

  1. Prep the goods. Chop the baby hatch corn, pickles, candied jalapenos, tomatoes, cilantro, and red onion into bite-size pieces 
  2. Add everything to a large bowl and mix it all together.  
  3. Stir in the lime juice and a drizzle of olive oil to give it more flavor.  
  4. Add in a pinch of salt or your favorite seasoning and give everything another good toss until well combined.  
  5. Grab your favorite chips and dig in!
