When the weather warms up and the invites start going out, these Pickle Chip Sliders are a crowd favorite appetizer that's quick to pull together. We swapped the buns for The Pickle Factory Crinkle Dill Pickle Chips, stacking juicy mini beef patties with creamy pimento cheese, crisp lettuce, red onion, and a spoonful of The Pickle Factory Sweet Green Tomato Relish.

Perfect for backyard hangs, spring gatherings, and summer parties where the snacks matter. Serve them with Ayoh Tangy Dijonayo on the side for dipping (or drizzling). Make hosting easy with these easy bites!
Recipe Instructions:
- Season the ground beef with the burger and steak seasoning blend.
- Shape your ground beef into mini beef patties about 1-2 inches, so they will fit perfectly on the dill pickle chips.
- Cook on a skillet on high heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until medium.
- Start with a crinkle dill pickle chip as your bottom layer, instead of a bun.
- Add a mini beef patty, followed by a scoop of pimento cheese.
- Top with a small piece of lettuce and two small slices of red onion.
- Spoon on relish for a sweet, tangy finish.
- Add another pickle chip to the top to complete your slider. Repeat to build your slider board.
- Plate with Ayoh Tangy Dijonayo and extra relish on the side.
